Plus, they constantly offer updates about upcoming events, concerts, and sings around the area. Our staff strives to ensure that Joe 103.9 always offers Good News, Hope, and Inspiration.
Tim Dowler – Program Director
Tim began as an intern for WJOE when it was the former Praise FM in the summer 2007 and joined full-time in 2008. Tim served faithfully for several years and eventually was named Program Director in 2018, title he still holds with Joe 103.9. He keeps listeners up-to-date with the newest music and programs. Chris Truman – Host of American Gospel
Each Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 on Joe 103.9 listeners are treated to a special mix of Southern Gospel favorites selected by Chris Truman. The program is called American Gospel. Chris has hosted the Sunday afternoon show for more than two decades. In addition to great music, listeners are treated to information about Southern Gospel singings, concerts, and other events coming to the Mid-Ohio Valley. Valerie Case – Midday Host
Valerie keeps listeners company through the middle of their workday on Joe 103.9 with great Christian music, news updates, teaching and talk programs, and a warm personality that just makes everyone feel a little better.
